The Civil Structural Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tyler, TX. This role is responsible for performing civil and structural engineering calculations, preparing design drawings and specifications, and supporting the development of foundations, structures, and site layouts for industrial facilities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structural analysis, reviewing design criteria and codes, coordinating with project managers and other disciplines, and responding to field and construction inquiries.

The engineer will participate in design reviews, assist with cost and schedule estimates, support construction oversight, and ensure that designs meet safety, quality, and industry standards. The role also involves preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with clients and team members to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial facilities and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including site layout, grading, drainage, and foundation design for oil and gas, petrochemical, and related projects.
• Experience in Structural Analysis, including using structural software tools to evaluate loads, stresses, and member capacities for steel, concrete, and other materials.
• Capability in Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting schedule and budget goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution;
  Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE, local building codes) and familiarity with industrial and energy-sector design practices.
• Experience with CAD and/or BIM tools and structural analysis software; strong skills in technical writing and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Tyler, TX, collaborate effectively with field and construction teams, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
