Starbucks - 13815 US Highway 69 North - Responsibilities:
Maintain regular and punctual attendance and adhere to store policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety;
Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes and adapt for customer requests;
Direct the work of team members, delegating tasks and coordinating activities to ensure smooth shift operations;
Ensure quality beverages and food, uphold store safety and security, and provide excellent customer service;
Support in achieving store goals and contribute to a welcoming environment for customers
