Position Summary
As a Bilingual Teller (Branch Services), you play a key role in delivering on our mission to care for members like family. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create meaningful relationships, and provide solutions that truly improve our members’ financial lives.
What You’ll Do- Deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.
- Produce high‑quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review.
- Identify and offer products and services while handling daily transactions; cross‑sell with at least 165 members and 50 cross‑sells or internal referrals by 12/31/2026.
- Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to increase members, loans, and deposits while achieving net income.
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Prioritizes long‑term relationships over one‑time transactions.
- Experience in a call center or customer‑service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of credit worthiness fundamentals.
- Collaborative team player who can plan and prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
- Trusted advisor reputation.
Minimum six (6) months of work‑related experience with cash or customer service and sales transactions. Preference for prior teller or CSR/MSR experience in a credit union or bank. Basic understanding of banking terms, debit and credit cards, auto or personal loans, checking, and savings accounts.
EducationMinimum high‑school graduate or GED.
Compensation and Position Classification$15 per hour (includes Bilingual Stipend pay), paid bi‑weekly.

Monday‑Friday business hours 8 AM‑6 PM; open up to 7 PM for occasional training or required meetings. Occasional Saturdays as business needs require.
