Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - East Dallas Market

About the Role

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) is an entry‑level role that provides training and certification in securities licensing (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, Series 66). Following licensing, the advisor develops client relationships and delivers Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. The role includes working in a financial center, interacting with banks customers, small‑business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients, and collaborating with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete SIE and Series 7/Series 66 exams within the specified time frames (SIE within 30 days of hire; Series 7 and 66 within 120 days).
  • Obtain and maintain required Securities Industry licenses and SAFE Act registration.
  • Build and manage client relationships, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
  • Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence and demonstrate a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to provide end‑to‑end comprehensive financial advice.
  • Work as part of a team to progress through staged career development from FSA I to FSA II and beyond.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Self‑disciplined ability to manage time and capacity.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results‑driven mindset with strong communication, collaboration, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency with new technology or applications; ability to learn and adapt.
  • Bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services or sales experience is desirable.
Legal Requirements

Position is subject to SAFE Act registration. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
