Overview
Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring a Salon Manager in Tyler, TX. Join our fun and family-oriented team and help build a strong team to provide excellent customer service and salon results.
ResponsibilitiesMotivate and manage the team of hair stylists and barbers to deliver excellent results, provide a championship haircut experience for clients, and lead stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will balance time between cutting hair on the floor and coaching the team to be successful.
Our managers typically earn $30-45 per hour including base pay, tips and bonuses.
Qualifications- A valid TX cosmetology license (required)
- Salon management experience, 3 years (preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
