Overview
Under a physician's order, therapists are responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly.
Responsibilities- Under a physician's order, therapists are responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly.
- Graduate of a two- or four-year AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program. Prior clinical experience in an acute care hospital required.
- ICU experience preferred.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC.
- Current Texas RT license and BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of employment.
(12 hour days) Flexibility for shifts either 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., or 5:00 p.m. depending on need.
