Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting, requiring at least 1-2 years of experience and a TX state license.

Job Details

• Acute care hospital setting working within the Physical Therapy department,

• Day shifts with a 5x8 hour schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM,

• Utilizes Epic for charting; experience with Epic is preferred but not required,

Job Requirements

• Current TX state PT license required,

• Current BLS certification required,

• At least 1-2 years of recent physical therapy experience in an acute care setting required,

• Travel experience preferred but not required,

• Experience with Epic charting system preferred,

• Applicants residing within 50 miles of the facility or in the following counties are not eligible:
Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris,

• License required if applicable,

Additional Information

• No travel pairs or groups will be accepted for this position,

• First-time travelers may be considered,

• Former permanent staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler,

• No more than 3 days of requested time off will be auto-approved, with no time off permitted during the first week of orientation,
