Perform Revenue Cycle functions to support account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding balances for CHRISTUS Health patient accounts;
Post lockbox monies, EFT/ACH, credit card payments, and patient payments including JV entries for nonpatient cash;
Respond to patient and payor inquiries to resolve account questions;
Maintain patient and payor information to facilitate account resolution and communicate updates to Leadership;
Provide mail/fax/document handling, data entry, scanning, and support to department teammates
