Shift: ALL SHIFTS
Schedule: 4 Days On | 2 Days Off Rotation

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life by providing compassionate, hands-on assistance, companionship, and encouragement throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful interaction
- Assist residents during meals and throughout the day as needed
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Complete assigned duties accurately and promptly
- Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers
- Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and loved
- Support residents in maintaining the highest level of independence possible
