Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients in Tyler under supervision of an OT daily;
Follow state laws governing the provision of occupational therapy in home care and follow the plan of care defined by the supervising OT;
Observe, record, and report to the nurse supervisor and physician the patient's response to treatment and any changes to condition;
Instruct patient, family, caregiver, and other health-care team members in therapy within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant;
Deliver evidence-based treatment within the scope of the OTA and according to state laws governing occupational therapy assistants
