Qualifications and Skills:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing therapy in school settings highly valued
- Familiarity and comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology tools
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practice
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, onsite and/or via teletherapy, as assigned
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student progress and IEP goals
- Track and document student performance and prepare progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Stay up to date with best practices in speech-language therapy and educational regulations
