We're looking for a compassionate and flexible Residential Trainer/Floater to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our 24-hour residential programs. Each day brings new opportunities to make a difference-whether you're helping clients start their morning routines, leading recreational activities, or ensuring a safe, supportive home environment.
What You'll Do:- Support daily living and personal care needs
- Encourage healthy habits and independence
- Float between residential locations and schedules as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with intellectual disabilities or related coursework preferred
