Sevita's Neuro Restorative in Tyler, TX is seeking a Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver to support individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries in both residential and community settings.
You will train, supervise and assist with living skills, meals, personal care, shopping, and transportation, while coordinating with clinicians to implement therapeutic plans. Flexible shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
