We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, with a thorough understanding and hands‑on experience in non‑invasive ventilation, ABG sampling & interpretation support, oxygen therapy devices & titration, aerosolized medication delivery, nebulizer therapy, and airway suctioning.

This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Administering non-invasive ventilation and managing patients with respiratory issues.
• Performing ABG sampling and interpretation to monitor and manage the patient's respiratory status.
• Utilizing oxygen therapy devices and performing titration to ensure appropriate oxygen levels for patients.
• Delivering aerosolized medication and providing nebulizer therapy to patients as needed.
• Performing airway suctioning to maintain clear airways for patients.
• Evaluating and monitoring patients' respiratory care plans and progress.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching appropriate disease management techniques.
• Maintaining, cleaning, and regularly testing respiratory therapy equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
• Adhering to safety standards and precautions at all times.

Qualifications:

• A valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Proficiency in non-invasive ventilation, ABG sampling & interpretation, oxygen therapy devices & titration, aerosolized medication delivery, nebulizer therapy, and airway suctioning.
• Excellent patient care skills and a deep understanding of respiratory care principles and practices.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, challenging healthcare environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining current knowledge of advancements in respiratory care.
• The ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure.
• The physical stamina for regular, heavy lifting and the ability to stand for long periods.
