Big Texas non‑profit Health System is looking to hire an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to work in a CVICU setting in Tyler, TX. The team focuses on enhancing the lives of patients and values learning and growth.

• CVICU Acute Care NP / Physician Assistant
• Night shift 7p.m. – 7a.m.
• 14–15 shifts per month
• Collaborative culture between APPs and physicians in a supportive environment
• Cardiology APPs have a high level of autonomy to practice at the top of their scope
• Hospital inpatient rounding
• Epic EMR used

• $135,000 – $155,000 per year, depending on experience
• Quality Bonus of 5% (2.5% of base salary paid twice a year)
