Overview

The HR Generalist provides support to program leaders on various HR functions such as employee relations,onboarding, performance management, compensation, interpretation and administering company policies.

Participates in the development and execution of strategies in collaboration with HR leadership, human resources staff and operations’ leadership to support business objectives, such as improving retention and employee satisfaction and meeting organizational strategic goals.

MinUSD $68,000.00/Yr.MaxUSD $75,000.00/Yr.Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Provide support on Employee Relations by reviewing employee corrective actions and make recommendations to management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment or discrimination andmaking recommendations to HR Manager/HRVP.
  • Interpret human resources policies, and provide advice on human resources processes, procedure sand issues to employees and managers.
  • Respond to unemployment claim requests, provide appropriate supporting documentation as neededand participate in appeals hearings.
  • Work on cross-functional teams to perform special HR-related projects (e.g., employee engagement,benefits, compensation, etc.).
  • Provide training for managers and employees on HR processes such as annual performance appraisal,leave of absence, onboarding, employee handbook changes, and employee lifecycle changes.
  • Facilitate employee change process in HR systems for changes in employee job titles, salary changes,and organization changes.
  • Gather and analyze data and present HR metrics to HR leadership and Arrow leadership.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field, or 5 years in HR. Experience with HRIS or ATS systems required. SPHR/PHR preferred.
