East Texas Lighthouse for the Blind seeks an HR Generalist to support the Director of Human Resources in payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations across our programs. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in HR and at least four years of HR experience, with SHRM/HRCI certifications preferred. Proficiency with Paycom and HRIS is highly desirable.
