Job Type: Full-Time Contract (4 Months) with potential to go Permanent

Remedy Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Recruiter to join our Tyler team on a 4-month contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by helping connect qualified candidates with rewarding career opportunities.

While initially structured as a contract position, there is potential for conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance.

As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into a variety of positions while supporting high-volume staffing goals.

• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent through:
  • Community outreach
  • Local schools, colleges, and trade/vocational programs
  • Job boards
  • Social media platforms
  • Networking events
• Create and manage compelling job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Match qualified candidates with available client opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Re-engage existing candidates to support staffing needs and improve fill rates.
• Participate in daily staffing and whiteboard meetings to review hiring priorities.
• Utilize labor market knowledge and client requirements to effectively fill positions.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from application through placement.
• Complete onboarding activities, including:
  • Drug screens
  • I-9 verification
  • Background checks
• Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment is highly desired.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
• Experience using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and technology platforms.
• Community involvement, volunteer work, or outreach experience is a plus.
