Imaging Service Engineer - Multi-Modality Field Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to join our growing technical team, which supports advanced medical imaging systems across the Tyler region. This is a hands‑on role responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of diagnostic imaging equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring system uptime, performance reliability, and high levels of customer satisfaction across hospital and clinical environments.

• Install, service, and maintain medical imaging systems within your assigned region
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software‑related faults
• Perform preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks
• Complete detailed service documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience servicing or installing medical imaging equipment
• Strong working knowledge of multi‑modality imaging equipment
• Experience with big iron is desirable
• Exposure to CT, MR, X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience and modality expertise)
