• Responsible for the triage of customer‑reported issues, identifying, documenting and configuring recommendations for a SCADA platform.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide detailed problem descriptions of customer incidents and requested improvements.
• Participate in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software changes.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by delivering timely first response, updates and support resolutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of assigned incidents, including internal and external communications.
• Curate resolved customer issues into a knowledge base system to allow customers to self‑serve.
• Respond to and resolve customer SCADA requests via Salesforce Service Cloud, email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams, with end‑to‑end responsibility.
• Work effectively with global cross‑functional teams.
• Provide periodic after‑hours on‑call support.
• Ensure successful completion of personal and team deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 to 5 years of experience delivering solution support or implementation.
• Strong technical experience diagnosing and troubleshooting within software applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power
  
  BI, or Python is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry and/or SCADA platforms is encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A sense of urgency in solving problems and achieving results.
• Ability to set achievable goals and meet deadlines, maintaining commitment despite obstacles.
• Team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, or professional degree in IT, CS, Math, or equivalent is a plus but not required.
