Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to work at our Tyler, TX store. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair devices and provide exceptional support to customers in-person and by phone.
You’ll document requests, follow up and collaborate with Geek Squad Agents to meet or exceed expectations. This role requires 6 months of hands-on experience with technology products, passion for consumer electronics, and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
