Application System Analyst Lead - Cadence / Grand Central / Prelude Industry: Hospitals and Health Care

This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives, mentor technical teams, and serve as the senior escalation point for application implementation, optimization, and support activities.

• Lead all phases of application implementation, including:
• Build
• Configuration
• Testing
• Go-Live Support
• Optimization
• Serve as the primary escalation point within the assigned focus area.
• Ensure successful deployment and adoption of system enhancements and upgrades.

• Provide expert-level application and systems expertise.
• Define standards, best practices, and operational processes.
• Guide teams in resolving complex technical and workflow challenges.
• Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare applications and supporting technologies.

• Lead large, complex, and high-impact projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, barriers, and dependencies.

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred in:

• 5-7 years of experience supporting:
• Business Systems
• Clinical Systems
• Enterprise Applications
• Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience serving as a senior analyst, lead analyst, or subject matter expert.

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting Epic or similar healthcare technology platforms.
