• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans and applying them in executing business processes.
• Operate a forklift safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets per company standards.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Receive and organize stocks and merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and maintaining required documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, guiding them with self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or expired goods, setting up displays, and ensuring prominent placement of promotional and seasonal items.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, staged, and processed accurately, and audit orders for accuracy.
• Handle inventory movements and displays safely, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and use inventory tools.
• Operate and maintain forklifts, report unsafe conditions, and inform management when forklifts are not properly working.
• Identify customers needing assistance, engage them with technology services, model and assist with technology services, and address shrink opportunities.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00* (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
