Custodian‑Reynolds – The Hillman Group

Primarily responsible for creating a clean, orderly, and safe environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on buildings.

• Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing them as applicable.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling.
• Clean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms.
• Ensure assigned equipment is in good working condition; clean and service custodial equipment as needed.
• Perform minor repairs on buildings, equipment, and furniture.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, follow safety policies and procedures, and report unsafe conditions to a supervisor.

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and follow documented instructions in English or Spanish.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to work accurately from verbal and written instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

• Riding Floor Scrubber

Work Environment: Self‑paced, 8‑hr shifts. May be exposed to fumes, loud noises and extreme temperatures infrequently. Functional near, far and peripheral vision and functional hearing required.

Physical Demands: Medium – Very heavy, lifting up to 150 lbs.
