Job Summary
Primarily responsible for creating a clean, orderly, and safe environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on buildings.
Essential Job Functions *- Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing them as applicable.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling.
- Clean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms.
- Ensure assigned equipment is in good working condition; clean and service custodial equipment as needed.
- Perform minor repairs on buildings, equipment, and furniture.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, follows safety policies and procedures, and reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor.

Education & Experience- High School Diploma.
- Ability to read and follow documented instructions in English or Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work accurately from verbal and written instructions and procedures.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Maintenance:
Self-paced, 8 hr shifts. May be exposed to fumes, loud noises and extreme temperatures infrequently. Functional near, far and peripheral vision and functional hearing required.
Maintenance:
Medium - Very heavy, lifting up to 150 lbs.
