Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Area General to oversee Ardent hospitals in Tyler, Texas
. This role serves as a trusted advisor focused on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and delivering consistent, high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food service management, financial performance oversight, talent development, and fostering strong client partnerships.
- Direct all activities including financial performance, client retention, and policy compliance.
- Achieve, deliver and maintain company and client financial targets and goals.
- Manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees.
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
- Oversee all food and nutrition and environmental services day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Management Experience – 5 years.
- Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services.
