The Service Coordinator owns schedule integrity, crew deployment, and workflow execution within the Maintenance Division.
This role ensures production teams are scheduled efficiently, labor is allocated appropriately, and work flows cleanly from defined scope to completed execution. The Service Coordinator protects margin by maintaining routing efficiency, work ticket accuracy, and production discipline.
This role does not define horticultural scope or client strategy, it ensures approved work is executed through structured scheduling and operational control.
What You’ll Do:
- Crew Scheduling & Deployment
- Route Optimization to reduce windshield time and improve labor productivity.
- Operational Systems and SOP development
- Monitor fleet (vehicles, trailers, equipment) readiness and communicate maintenance disruptions proactively.
- Daily Work Ticket Lifecycle Ownership
- Managing project sequence, schedule, and materials acquisition
- 3+ years experience in operational logistics, crew schedule management, or related industry experience.
- Experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field.
- Strong operational systems thinking.
- Ability to manage labor deployment under seasonal pressure.
- High administrative discipline and follow-through.
- Clear, direct communication with field personnel.
- Ability to enforce structure without escalating tension.
- Confidence in scheduling, material logistics, and operational planning.
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness for ongoing professional growth.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
