CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day operations and lead a team of technologists across sections and shifts. The role involves developing and implementing procedures, quality control, and reagent use under the Laboratory Director's direction.
The Supervisor ensures compliance with CLIA, TJC, CAP, AABB and other regulatory standards, and participates in budget, performance reviews, and staff development. Multiple shifts are available, full-time.
