Supervisor
, you will oversee the performance, growth, and operational success of our payment and account services functions. You will play a key role in driving growth across our debit and credit card portfolios while ensuring a seamless member experience, strong financial performance, and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and grow debit and credit card portfolios while achieving revenue and performance goals. Grow cards (both debit and credit) with activity to at least $580K as of Dec 31, 2026.
- Manage the net income associated with debit and credit cards to be more than $356K, Expenses are under $622K, and Income is greater than $978K
- Manage and oversee the IRA portfolio with accuracy and attention to detail; zero errors or expenses to the credit union.
- Ensure operational excellence through strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Maintain no more than two total finding on all audits and exams pertaining to the department.
- Develop, implement, and improve processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and risk management.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive measurable results across the department.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
