Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a blown film manufacturing environment
. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting continuous production operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in PLC systems
, hands-on leadership experience, and a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily maintenance operations for blown film extrusion and related equipment
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of maintenance leads and mechanics to ensure high performance and safety standards
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve PLC-controlled systems and BFD equipment
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team management in an industrial maintenance environment
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with PLC systems and blown film equipment
- Preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or trade certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with direct blown film experience required
- Prior experience supervising maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation
- Ability to work fully on-site in a manufacturing environment
- Day shift availability
