We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility near Jacksonville, Texas. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, driving production efficiency, and leading a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational and financial goals. The Plant Manager will serve as the key leader on-site, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, safety, and supply chain activities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop plant supervisors and team members to ensure high engagement and performance.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including labor, materials, and operational expenses.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with quality, engineering, logistics, and HR teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare reports on production, quality, safety, and operational performance for senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 7+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing multi-shift operations and plant budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management softwar
