To support operations at their U.S. facility, they are seeking a Senior Production Supervisor.

Job title: Senior Production Supervisor

Mission: The Senior Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production operations and serve as a key leader within the U.S. facility. This individual will ensure efficient coordination across production teams, drive process improvements, and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and capable of leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to operational excellence.

• Lead and oversee production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Supervise and develop production staff, promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Support workforce development, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
• Act as a key operational liaison across departments and teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, fostering accountability and performance.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, safety practices, and quality systems.
• Hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Exposure to multinational or matrixed organizations preferred.

• Position is based on-site in Tyler, Texas (Not Remote)
