Job SummaryRun parts for techs, receive deliveries, inventory control.
Supervisory Responsibilities If AnyNone
Duties/Responsibilities- Answer two-way radios for all calls for parts from techs.
- Issue out parts on work orders.
- Create and close work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) records.
- Perform daily cycle counts and checklists.
- Receive all orders with purchase orders, physically check quantities on packing slips, enter them in the Imaint program, and put stock parts in locations.
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Keep the work area organized.
- Multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of motors, bearings, VFDs, gearboxes, and electrical components.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work with maintenance technicians.
- Computer knowledge.
