Freezer Associate 2nd Shift

Primarily responsible for manually stacking boxes on pallets prior to shipping, ensuring compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and all applicable local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

$20.35 per hour

• Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern.
• Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motive.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• May be exposed to cold (45ºF, 4ºC).
• Work around raw, live animal odors.
