Immediate needs for experienced Tape and Texture Technician's who can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment. You'll handle all phases of mudding, taping, texturing, and finishing interior surfaces to a high-quality standard.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
• Frequent mandatory Saturdays 7am-12pm.

Tape & Texture Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Mix joint compound to the proper consistency using power tools or by hand.
• Apply tape and mud to embed seams, corners, and screw heads. Feather and smooth compound across multiple coats for a seamless finish.
• Sand dried compound between layers to remove imperfections.
• Apply wall and ceiling textures using sprayers, rollers, or other tools.
• Match existing textures for repairs, patches, and remodel work.
• Maintain tools and ensure work areas are clean at the end of each shift.
• Perform inside and outside corner finishing.
• Assist with painting tasks as needed.

Tape & Texture Technician

Qualifications:

• Must have prior tape & texture experience (required).
• Ability to work a full shift on your feet in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish quality.
• Lifting up to 65 lbs as needed.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory Saturday overtime.
