MIG Welder

Candidates should have hands-on experience welding mild steel and stainless steel in a production environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technical drawings and can perform visual weld inspections with attention to detail. Experience operating and maintaining hand and pneumatic power tools such as grinders, sanders, drills, and saws is required. The ability to set up welding equipment based on material type and thickness is essential, along with a strong understanding of fabrication processes.

The MIG Welder is responsible for measuring, fabricating, and welding metal components to meet company and customer specifications. This role involves interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts while ensuring accuracy and consistency. The position requires maintaining a safe and clean work environment, completing required documentation in a timely manner, and supporting production demands across varying quantities. The MIG Welder will be expected to work collaboratively with team members, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and follow all company policies and procedures while producing parts that meet print and quality standards.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, use measuring tools effectively, and demonstrate basic computer proficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are required.
