Job Summary
This position is responsible for pulling/picking and loading all outbound shipments and unloading/movement of inbound deliveries to the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities- Operate a propane sit-down forklift.
- Sort shipments for destination and group merchandise to be included with or fulfilled in an order.
- Load finished materials for transport and unload raw materials.
- Move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
- Inspect the forklift to determine the need for repairs and to guarantee safety.
- Verify piece counts on each pallet and compare to label.
- Handle all materials.
- Follow shipping work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Highly motivated with good work ethic.
- Demonstrate safe working practices and great attention to detail.
- Team player who follows instructions from management and peers.
- Ability to learn and operate new equipment.
- Proficient with measuring devices (gauges, tapes, rulers).
- Strong problem‑solving and math skills, including calculating square footage and batch size.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Shipping and Receiving.
Fast‑paced manufacturing environment, loading dock, and driveways. Work in all weather conditions.

This role is performed onsite at our facility located at 10551 Pac Rd, Tyler, TX 75707.
