The Manufacturing Capability & Technical Learning Manager will lead a team of Technical Learning Coordinators and work closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources to improve workforce capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support operational excellence across the organization.
