Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator
- Injection Molding to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

• Prepare items for processing by performing receipt inspection and ensuring materials meet quality standards
• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications
• Ensure assigned equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Perform all duties associated with Production Worker II and III roles
• Apply paint to raw materials as required
• Clean paint residue and maintain applicators and related equipment
• Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift and transition to 3rd shift
