You support our team as
Production Worker Responsibilities- Tends mixing equipment/tanks that blend raw material for use in making lubricants.
- Responsible for weighing and mixing raw materials into tanks according to blend sheets.
- Transports sample of finished blend to lab for quality testing.
- Pump approved blends into correct packaging to fill pack jobs and ensures correctly installed labeling on each.
- Pumps approved blend into WP tanks/totes for use by packagers.
- Responsible for using all blending equipment in a proper and safe manner.
- Responsible for keeping the work area clean and free of clutter.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of blends by following prescribed procedures.
- Comply with all Kluber policies and procedures.
- Maintains and supports 5S and Lean Sigma organization.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Basic computer and math skills – knowledge of metric system helpful
- Basic ERP System knowledge (SAP Preferred)
- Must adhere to the production schedule, quality standards, and manufacturing instructions.
- Ability to receive and follow instructions from supervisor and peers.
- Physically fit to lift, stand, and move about the facility, maneuver goods and similar physical tasks.
- Physical ability to safely operate a forklift and obtain a company forklift certification and ability to work in an environment with several forklifts operating.
- Job requires standing and moving more than 90% of the time.
- Ability to withstand summer and winter temperature fluctuations in a non-climate-controlled environment.
