We are hiring a Development Officer to help grow and steward the donor relationships that keep our doors open. At Selah Life Choices, we provide a 90‑day stabilization home for adult and pregnant women exiting trafficking, offering safety, structure, and a pathway forward.
Responsibilities- Managing a mid-level donor portfolio
- Increasing retention and average gifts
- Securing community sponsor ships
- Moving donors toward deeper engagement
- Is energized by outreach
- Is comfortable making new connections
- Understands relationship‑based fundraising or sales
- Is organized and disciplined in follow‑up
- Believes strong donor relationships fuel a strong ministry
Full‑Time | $45,000‑$47,000 annually
