• $140,000 Base Salary (M-F) with Growth Bonuses and salary increases

• Treat patients for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight management
• Evaluate labs, diagnose, and manage individualized treatment plans
• Deliver efficient, high‑quality care in a structured clinical model
• Maintain strong patient relationships and follow‑up care
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support overall performance

• Active Texas FNP or PA license
• Board Certified (required)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable working in a patient‑facing, productivity‑driven environment
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Monday–Friday clinic hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays 2 per month with incentivized pay)
  • We keep you to 40-41 hours a week

    Must be able to train for 2 full weeks 10 consecutive business days, paid
