X / Low T Center is hiring a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Tyler clinic. Whether you are a new graduate looking for structured support or an experienced provider ready for strong compensation and autonomy, this role is built to set you up for success.
- $140,000 Base Salary (M-F) with Growth Bonuses and salary increases

- Additional Pay for Saturdays $100 an hour for 4 hours adding $10,400 to salary on top of $140,000 base

- Treat patients for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight management
- Evaluate labs, diagnose, and manage individualized treatment plans
- Deliver efficient, high‑quality care in a structured clinical model
- Maintain strong patient relationships and follow‑up care
- Collaborate with clinic staff to support overall performance
- Active Texas FNP or PA license
- Board Certified (required)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a patient‑facing, productivity‑driven environment
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Monday–Friday clinic hours
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays 2 per month with incentivized pay)
- We keep you to 40-41 hours a week
Training
Must be able to train for 2 full weeks 10 consecutive business days, paid
- Onsite role in Tyler, TX
- No relocation or H1B sponsorship available
