UT Health East Texas is seeking a full‑time BE/BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Urgent Care team in Tyler, TX. As a high‑performing organization, we pride ourselves on our supportive culture and dedication to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to our community.
About the Position:- Flexible, shift‑based schedule
- 1 week – 2 12s and 1 weekend; the following week – 3 12s, no weekend call
- Clinic hours are M–F 7 am to 7 pm, Sat 8 am to 6 pm, and Sun 1 pm to 5 pm
- Onsite Lab, X‑Ray, and POC testing
- Robust support staff
- Epic EMR
- 1‑3 years of experience in Emergency or Urgent Care
- Base Salary
