Cath Lab RN - Travel Nurse (Tyler, TX)

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Tyler, Texas.

• Maintain and monitor EKG equipment.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, valvuloplasty, and stent placement.
• Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).
• Stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty; lift up to 20 pounds, and at times up to 50 pounds when moving or lifting patients.
• Cope with the fast-paced environment and work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Learn complex technologies effectively.

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Pay & Benefits: Pay package based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
