STAFF NURSE RN FT NIGHT at TEXAS SPINE & JOINT HOSPITAL, TYLER, TEXAS. The RN is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all nursing care services for patients in accordance with accepted standards of care. They ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all federal and state standards of care.

Unit is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff self‑schedule.

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN in hospital Medical/Surgery; ICU experience strongly preferred.
• RN, current in the state of Texas.
• Current ACLS preferred or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
