Required clinical experience:
Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Urology
Travel RN experience:
Required
License:
State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
Certifications:
BLS
Provide direct patient care in surgical settings.
Assist in surgical procedures as needed.
Monitor patient recovery and vital signs post-surgery.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic charting system.
Orientation/modules must be completed onsite; non-billable time.
RTO (requested time off) must be listed at the time of submittal.
Previous facility staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.
Onboarding:
Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
