American Traveler is seeking a Chemo-certified RN for a 13-week Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy unit position requiring a TX or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy administration unit
• Patient population includes all cancer diagnoses as well as malignant and non-malignant hematology conditions
• Epic EMR used; experience preferred
• 13-week contract

• Active TX or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments to oncology and hematology patients
• Travel pairs or groups are not accepted; individual placements only
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
• Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible:
  Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
