Direct Jobs is seeking a day shift, full-time Quality & Patient Safety Registered Nurse (RN) in Tyler, TX. The RN Quality will oversee the Resource Team, ensure compliance with policies, and support onboarding of staff and agency hires.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing with 5+ years of clinical experience (ED/ICU preferred) and a current TX or Compact RN license, plus BLS certification. A Master’s in Nursing is preferred.
