Registered Nurse (Rn) Icu

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU experience to provide compassionate patient care in a dynamic Medical-Surgical ICU setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans according to clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in Epic charting system and maintain detailed records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Adhere to infection control standards and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in medical-surgical ICU settings.
• Certified in ACLS and BLS with active certifications.
• Proven ability to handle patient ratios of 1:2 in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system required.
• Willingness to work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 to 19:00.
